Job summary

EōS Fitness seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, drive membership sales, and ensure day-to-day gym operations run smoothly. The role requires coordinating with the General Manager and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, supervising staff, and overseeing billing processes while upholding health, safety, and quality standards. CPR certification and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 3-4 years of sales experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff
• Ensure sales targets are met and drive sales initiatives, including memberships and programs
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and follow up with leads and prospects
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff
• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Address member concerns promptly and provide excellent customer service
• Engage with members, listen to needs, and provide helpful responses
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions
