Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a new gym and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the sales team and ensure exceptional member experiences. You will coach staff, drive membership sales, and oversee daily operations to support the gym's launch and ongoing success.

Responsibilities include revenue targets, member engagement, and maintaining facility standards while upholding health and safety guidelines. Join a dynamic team dedicated to fitness and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere, be great hosts, and be the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff.
• Ensure sales targets are met by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
• Oversee membership billing processes and monitor the sales process with timely follow-ups.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and common areas.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance and proper certifications.
• Address member concerns promptly and provide excellent service.
• Engage with members in a friendly, approachable manner and provide clear responses.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions.
