Paycom - ATS is seeking a motivated Gym Operations Assistant to support daily club operations and frontline member services in Ankeny, Iowa. You will assist in staff training, member check-ins, and answering inquiries while helping maintain a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and teamwork, with responsibilities across reception, member services, and marketing support to promote promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones politely, assist with questions, take information calls.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Provide gym tours and meet potential members.
• Support marketing efforts and communicate promotions to the team.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as needed.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as required.
