Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight, ensuring great customer experience.
• Provide backup support to the Club Manager and oversee front desk tasks.
• Open/close the gym reliably when the Club Manager is out.
• Prepare schedules and coverage for shifts as needed.
• Supervise all team members in the Club Manager's absence.
• Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Promote current marketing promotions to members.
• Order supplies, track inventory and maintain reports.
