Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff
• Front desk duties and member tours; address service issues promptly
• Ensure opening/closing of gym and maintain cleanliness/appearance
• Process weekly employee payroll and payroll-related tasks
• Manage marketing efforts and ensure staff are trained on marketing
• Authorize expenditures and make daily bank deposits
• Prepare new hire forms and route to regional manager
• Provide backup support for employees out due to illness
