Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and ensure a welcoming, high-quality member experience. You will assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff including Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians, while supporting the Club Manager and maintaining service standards.

You will also handle front desk duties, member check-ins, tours for prospective members, and general facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Experience as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness preferred.
• Strong problem resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing staff.
• Oversee front desk operations and member services to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise staff as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and supervising staff.
• Handle member questions, check-ins and tours.
• Maintain cleanliness and facility upkeep as needed.
• Assist in tracking statistics and reporting.
