Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Assist with Staff Management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Oversee front desk activities including answering phones and member check-ins.
• Support new member sign-ups and tours.
• Facilitate member requests and assist with issues and questions.
• Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking club budgets and reports.
