Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Experience in supervisory roles or leading a team is beneficial.
- Strong problem resolution and interpersonal skills are required.
- Energetic, hard-working and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
- Provide backup support to Club Manager and assist with staff scheduling.
- Oversee front desk activities and member sign-ups/tours.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and manage supplies.
