Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk operations and guest services, supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations. The role focuses on front of house activities to ensure a welcoming, efficient club experience for members.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting, and bi-lingual abilities are preferred. Flexible hours and a team-first mindset are valued traits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 6–12 months supervisor/manager experience in high‑volume retail or restaurant.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest services.
• Assist General Manager with staff interviewing and recruitment.
• Monitor club metrics and daily sales with GM.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the club.
• Coordinate shift coverage and disciplinary actions.
