Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Involved in all front desk related tasks.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym, daily cleaning.
• Process weekly employee payroll.
• Manage marketing efforts and staff awareness of campaigns.
• Authorize expenditures and make daily bank deposits.
• Prepare new hire forms and send to regional manager.
• Backup support for any employee absence.
