You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, manage front desk tasks, greet potential members with gym tours, handle member questions, oversee payroll, marketing efforts and daily deposits, and ensure cleanliness and smooth opening/closing routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Oversee member service and ensure great customer experience.
• Very involved in all front desk related tasks.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including daily cleaning.
• Process weekly employee payroll.
• Manage marketing efforts and train staff on campaigns.
• Authorizes expenditures and makes daily bank deposits.
• Prepare new hire forms and send to regional manager.
• Backup support for any employee who is out due to illness, etc.
