Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving a financially successful club.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, and uphold brand standards. This full-time role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and reliable operational execution at a busy club.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Front desk duties: greet members, tours, handle inquiries.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym.
• Ensure staff are trained on marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding steps in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during business hours.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and problem solving.
