Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional member experiences, and drive financial performance. You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, greet members, conduct gym tours, address member service issues, and coach employees to uphold brand standards.

You will ensure the club opens and closes on schedule, manage front-desk activities, implement marketing promotions, and handle supplies and inventory.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure front desk delivers superior customer service and greeting/membership tours.
• Support team members and club members; maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel staff to meet company standards and address performance.
• Ensure the club opens and closes on time and staff coverage for all hours.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions and onboarding processes (Paycom).
• Order supplies and track inventory.
