Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take information calls, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups and updates.
• Provide gym tours to potential members and address questions.
• Support Club Manager and team with daily operations and marketing promotions.
• Help maintain cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Order supplies, manage inventory and track reports.
