pfcareers is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will participate in staff training, manage front desk tasks, and assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, and inquiries.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service, and collaboration with the Club Manager to maintain standards and drive promotions and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service and ensure a great customer experience.
• Front desk duties including answering calls, guiding tours, and updating member accounts.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations and inquiries.
• Support Club Manager with team oversight and policy adherence.
• Help maintain gym cleanliness and appearance and support marketing efforts.
