ComForCare Home Care (Raleigh, NC) is seeking a role responsible for aiding in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. The role covers front desk tasks, member check-ins and tours, and supporting the Club Manager with staff and operations.

The position emphasizes customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment and assisting with marketing and inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: answering calls, taking info calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, updating member accounts, giving gym tours, resolving service issues.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring staff are aware of promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
