Planet Fitness in Faribault, MN is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a positive member experience while driving financial performance.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development and front desk activities, ensuring hours are covered and branding standards are met. This role reports to the District Manager and carries supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Front desk duties including greeting members, providing gym tours, handling service questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym.
• Ensure staff are trained on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for all new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours of business.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
