Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring outstanding customer experience.
• Lead front desk tasks: greet members, tours, and resolve issues.
• Provide support for staff and club members.
• Maintain a positive club image and promote brand standards.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Manage opening/closing of gym and staffing during hours.
• Coordinate with marketing promotions and Paycom onboarding.
• Ensure policy compliance and inventory/supply ordering.
