Planet Fitness in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate to ensure an outstanding member experience. You will assist in training staff, oversee front desk operations, and help with member check-ins, sign-ups and inquiries while maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment.

The role involves supporting marketing promotions, inventory tasks, and backup coverage for the Club Manager. A strong customer-service orientation and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.

• Greet potential members and provide gym tours; assist with member questions.
• Support Club Manager with team management and coverage.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and club image; assist cleanliness and appearance.
• Support marketing efforts and train staff on promotions; assist with inventory and reports.
