EōS Fitness, a bold and energetic gym, is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Manager in Florida to lead front desk staff, resolve member concerns, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that drives retention.

You will partner with department managers to train teams, monitor satisfaction, and uphold our standards for cleanliness and safety across the club. CPR certification and onboarding training are required after joining.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or front-line leadership in fitness, hospitality, or service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with fitness management software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Takes Initiative to enhance the member experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact for member concerns and billing questions.
• Address member complaints with professionalism and empathy to maintain high retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage members and improve retention.
