EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager in Saint Petersburg, FL to lead the Service team and drive daily gym operations toward excellence. You will oversee customer service, staff scheduling, safety compliance, and collaboration with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing to improve gym performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in operations management and strong communication skills, with a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills across levels.
• Detail-oriented with organized problem-solving and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a great member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff across front desk, kids club, and janitorial roles.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
