Qualifications

• 2+ Years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams in a consumer-facing service environment.
• Energy & Enthusiasm; customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver great member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk department and coordinates with department heads.
• Recruits, interviews and hires front desk staff; approves staffing changes and promotions.
• Schedules front desk staff to meet goals within payroll budgets; fosters improvement.
• Directs front desk interactions to ensure member satisfaction and adherence to policies.
• Supervises Fitness Consultants and ensures brand standards and grooming are maintained.
• Conducts daily club walkthroughs to uphold Edge cleanliness and operations.
