JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness partner, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily club operations, drive sales, and ensure member satisfaction in a fast-paced gym environment. In this role you will lead a team, manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budget adherence while upholding Crunch standards, safety, and an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fitness or customer service.
• Ability to drive objectives quickly and monitor KPIs.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of labor control and staffing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Monitor staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example with personal and team targets.
• Provide coaching and regular staff meetings.
• Schedule, manage labor, and payroll processing.
• Ensure policy compliance and service standards.
• Oversee cleanliness, equipment, and inventory.
• Drive lead generation and new member onboarding.
• Resolve member issues promptly and empathetically.
• Assist in managing expenses and budgeting.
• Implement recovery plans when goals aren't met.
