Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness powered by JEM, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily Crunch Fitness operations, drive member satisfaction, and hit revenue goals. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment and is passionate about people development.

As AGM you’ll manage scheduling, labor, budgets, and service standards while upholding Crunch policies.

Qualifications

• Fitness facility or customer service management experience.
• Proven ability to meet KPI targets.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of labor control and staffing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead in recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing team members.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
• Drive lead generation and member engagement to grow sales.
