Fit Fusion is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment and work with the general manager to oversee facility operations. You will help train and supervise the MSR team and deliver an excellent member experience aligned with Crunch standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, labor management, member service resolution, and driving new member sales while ensuring facility cleanliness and asset management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility or customer service management experience.
• Experience executing objectives and managing KPI’s.
• Experience leading and supervising employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage performance standards with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Support the General Manager in scheduling, labor management, and member service resolution.
• Oversee club assets, inventory, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
