Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and the Service team at our gym in Hawaiian Gardens, California. You will ensure exceptional service while managing staff, tracking revenue, and maintaining gym standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in operations management and strong communication skills. A gym membership is included as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance and personal training discounts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience required.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must have CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Service team and daily operations of the gym.
• Monitor customer service and address member concerns promptly.
• Train and supervise staff including front desk and janitorial staff.
