EOS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States (Arizona/San Tan Valley) to oversee the Service team and drive operational excellence across daily gym operations. You will manage customer service, revenue goals, retail, member fees, and policy compliance while partnering with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve overall gym performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with people at all levels.
• Experience in or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club, front desk, and janitorial staff.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff to ensure clarity of roles.
• Provide constructive feedback on performance using clear language to highlight strengths and improvement areas.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns or complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain certifications and safety protocols.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of facility, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing teams to improve gym performance and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor and order inventory of fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety.
