Job summary

Club4 Fitness in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team and delivering an exceptional member experience while driving revenue growth. This role oversees daily operations when the GM is away and focuses on service quality and community partnerships to raise awareness and membership.

You will mentor staff, ensure deposits, maintain policy compliance, manage scheduling, and promote Club4 Fitness locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a 2- or 4-year degree or supervisory experience preferred.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience in a high-level customer service industry preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in the absence of the General Manager and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Promote a superior customer experience and engage with the local community to raise membership.
• Ensure daily deposits are accurate and that policies and procedures are followed.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Maintain a clean, compliant facility and coordinate with General Manager and Regional Manager on issues.
• Foster teamwork, staff development, and strong communication with members and guests.
