Job summary

Club4 Fitness in Murphy, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team and delivering a best-in-class member experience while driving revenue growth.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and partner with regional leadership to uphold standards, manage sales, deposits and compliance, and promote the Club within the community. A strong service background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a high-level customer service setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Drive membership sales and deliver a superior member experience.
• Coach and develop staff within budgeted resources.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Regional Manager to resolve issues in a timely, respectful manner.
• Promote a superior customer experience within the Club.
• Oversee relationships with local communities to raise awareness and drive membership.
