Job summary

The CLUB4 Fitness in El Paso Montwood is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving revenue growth while delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will oversee operations in the GM's absence, hire, coach and develop staff, promote community partnerships, and ensure daily adherence to budgets and policies. A strong focus on customer service and sales will be essential to success and bonus eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience in a high-level customer service industry preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to deliver an excellent member experience and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the General Manager and coach staff.
• Hire, train, and develop staff within established budgets.
• Promote CLUB4 Fitness in the community and drive membership sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, manage deposits and staffing.
