Job summary

GRAND PRAIRIE CLUB 24 LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager, drive member sales, and lead a staff across childcare, front desk, and management roles. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional member experience while achieving revenue and financial targets.

The AGM will oversee operations in the GM's absence, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to uphold CLUB4 Fitness standards and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to drive sales and revenue growth while maintaining exceptional member experience.
• Oversee daily operations in GM's absence and support staff development.
• Lead a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests; ensure superior service.
• Collaborate with GM and Regional Manager to address issues and maintain standards.
• Promote CLUB4 Fitness in the community to raise awareness and drive membership.
• Monitor deposits, inventory, payroll, and scheduling to ensure proper staffing and controls.
• Schedule and reassign staff to meet club needs; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain compliance with policies and inspections; coordinate with Regional Manager as needed.
