Job summary

Club4Fitness in Murphy, TX seeks a General Manager to lead club operations and drive revenue growth while delivering superior member experience. You will recruit, train, and manage staff across departments, control expenses, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

The GM will own daily operations, mentor managers, and partner with the Regional Manager to meet KPI targets, with monthly bonuses tied to performance. This full-time role requires strong leadership and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Hard working, goal oriented, energetic with strong work ethic.
• Five years of Supervisor or Manager experience in a high-volume environment.
• CPR/AED certified, willing to travel to other clubs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and develop staff, including management roles and front-line employees.
• Drive sales and revenue growth to meet location targets.
• Ensure exceptional member experience and adherence to service standards.
• Manage deposits, scheduling, payroll and club operations.
• Oversee inventory, facility cleanliness and compliance with policies.
