Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager, lead a team, and drive a superior member experience while growing revenue.

You will oversee daily operations in the GM's absence, hire and coach staff, build community partnerships, and ensure financial and service goals are met. Monthly bonuses are available when KPI targets are achieved.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer, math, and communication skills required.
• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.

• Strong time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Must be computer proficient and well versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Desire to learn to manage Club operations; Maintain responsibilities over Club operations personnel in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ability to travel to other clubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to deliver excellent member experience and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee daily operations in GM's absence and ensure club standards.
• Promote superior customer experience and community partnerships.
• Manage deposits, policies compliance, inventory, payroll, and staffing.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Regional Manager to address issues promptly.
