You will help train and supervise the MSR team to deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with Crunch brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness facility or customer-service management experience.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills and confidence in leadership.
