Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment at the Sparks facility, working closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent member experience in line with Crunch brand standards.

The role involves training, developing and supervising the MSR team, delivering personal and team performance targets, and maintaining service levels, equipment, and cleanliness across the club.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility or customer-service management experience.
• Experience achieving KPIs and driving performance.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Clear communication skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example to meet personal and team targets.
• Supervise scheduling, labor management and member services.
• Ensure club cleanliness, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Coordinate front desk and Kids Crunch activities.
• Use Crunch tools for incident reporting and communications.
