Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls politely, take information calls.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Provide gym tours to potential members.
• Support Club Manager and provide backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist with cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist with marketing promotions and promotions training.
• Assist in ordering supplies and inventory tracking.
