You will assist in staff training, oversee member services, and handle front desk duties including phone calls, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts. A team-oriented, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls, assist member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update accounts.
• Give gym tours and greet potential members.
• Assist in addressing member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager with team management and backup as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist with cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Help manage marketing promotions and ensure staff are trained on them.
• Assist in ordering supplies, inventory, and reporting.
