Baseline Fitness in New Iberia, LA, is seeking a Team Lead to support gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will help train staff, oversee front desk activities, and promote the club's welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and leadership; you will assist with member check-ins, tours, sign-ups, and resolving questions, while maintaining cleanliness and appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight and ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks including answering calls and assisting with inquiries.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist with member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist in maintaining gym cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, inventory, and reporting.
