Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will help train staff, manage front desk tasks, and support member services while upholding company policies.

The role includes assisting with marketing, inventory, and reporting, and provides backup support to the Club Manager as needed. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information, assist with member check-ins and sign-ups.
• Provide gym tours to potential members and assist with member service issues.
• Support Club Manager with team member management and procedural adherence.
