Qualifications

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing to resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative and inclusive sales and service experience to all visitors.
• Onboard new members and help connect them to fitness offerings.
