Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining clean facilities, delivering a top-notch sales and service experience, and facilitating onboarding to connect members with fitness

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by creating a welcoming, informative and inclusive visit.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience to connect members with fitness offerings.
