24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a full-time team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to members’ goals, and recommend personalized solutions to support their overall fitness success.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions and connect to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales and service experience to drive member engagement.
• Support onboarding of new members to connect them with fitness offerings and resources.
