Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead all front desk operations, deliver an exceptional member experience, and drive revenue through retail, supplements, and PT lead generation. You will set the tone for a professional, energetic environment and coach a team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, guest interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring policy adherence across shifts.

• Lead front desk operations and foster a professional, welcoming environment.
• Ensure smooth check-in processes and a clean, organized front desk area.
• Build and manage weekly schedules for front desk and Kids Club coverage.
• Coach staff on supplement and retail sales and booking opportunities.
• Drive revenue through front desk performance and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and daily operational standards.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on priorities and reporting.
