Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain standards in customer interactions and welcome members.
• Keep gym presentation extraordinarily clean through daily tasks.
• Assist front desk operations: sign-ups, retail, amenities, phones, POS, and smoothies if applicable.
• Train front desk staff and stay updated on policies and LMS content.
