Chuze Fitness in Englewood, CO is hiring a Team Member to create unforgettable member experiences. You will greet guests, discuss memberships and programs, and keep the club sparkling and welcoming.

You will support front desk tasks, assist with check-ins and inquiries, and help with Kids Club operations when needed to ensure smooth service for families. This role requires customer-focused energy and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, and tours.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing daily cleaning tasks and maintaining a clean space.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
• Support Kids Club standards and assist with Kids Club operations to ensure exceptional service for families.
