Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain welcoming standards for members.
• Lead front desk operations, sign-ups, and retail duties.
• Ensure gym presentation is clean and professional.
• Train front desk staff and share best practices (LMS, coaching).
• Manage opening/closing shifts and break schedules.
• Address member inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Run club admin tasks, reports, and emails.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
