Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Walnut, CA seeks a General Manager to drive member growth, revenue, and club performance. You will lead a high-performing team, set strategic direction, and ensure an exceptional member experience while meeting ambitious sales goals.

You will build a results-oriented culture, coach staff, manage operations, budgets, and safety, and represent the club in the community to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness.
• 2–4 years supervising 3–10+ employees with measurable development.
• Ability to inspire teams and deliver a strong service culture.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days; degree may satisfy requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Oversee club operations, budgets, safety, and member relations.
