Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in retail/hacility/fitness with proven results.
• 2–4 years supervising 3–10+ employees with measurable development.
• Strong service culture and leadership to drive membership and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive membership sales, fitness revenue, and other streams.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team toward common goals.
• Provide ongoing leadership, set clear objectives, delegate effectively.
