24 Hour Fitness in Walnut, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive membership growth, revenue, and operational excellence. You will shape a service-driven culture and strive to exceed targets while ensuring an exceptional member experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, safety, and community outreach, creating a welcoming club that motivates both members and staff to achieve fitness goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire or degree in related field.

Responsabilités

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused environment to engage members.
• Oversee club operations, maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
