24 Hour Fitness seeks a General Manager to lead a club to achieve aggressive membership growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence. You will guide a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional member experience, and meet ambitious sales goals in a dynamic fitness environment.

The role emphasizes strategic revenue development, people leadership, and a commitment to club safety and community engagement, while maintaining peak operations and standards across daily activities.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a proven track record.
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Ability to inspire teams and deliver on member initiatives through a strong service culture.
• Create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture.

• Drive membership sales, fitness revenue, retail, and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
